on my Microsoft Windows 2019 server and 3Cx 18.0 (Build 450) from this morning all calls that take place through a trunk have audio problems (metallic or lost).
Internal calls, on the other hand, do not have this problem.
Analyzing everything I found no problems on the trunk (which works regularly) and I excluded all external dependencies.
The only thing I have found is the installation of the latest Microsoft update KB5011503:

Uninstalling the update everything started to work fine again.
Has anyone had the same problem?
