Hi together,
we have to follow situation:
- 3CX V18 Windows Desktop Client
- Sennheiser Headset which is set for 3CX audio and ringing in 3CX client whioch works so far.
We use also MS Teams on the same PC which audio output is set on the external speakers that are also plugin to that PC.
When want to make Teams audio louder we have to change that in the audio settings in the windows task bar.
When the Teams Video Call is over the audio output is still set to speaker and incoming 3CX calls go to the speaker, not through the headset.
We have to change the audio output manually in the Windows task bar.
Is there a way to switch that automatically without have to switch it manually?
