Audio Problem

I've just downoaded version 1.17 of 3CX phone and am using it with a Sounblaster Live 1024 soundcard in a studio to enable us to take phone calls on air. The problem I have found with the softphone is that the audio output is so quiet it can hardly be heard. I've tried Zoip Software and it worked fine, but I prefer the look of the full screen phone application which is provided by 3CX. Does anyone know what could be causing this. I've tried different sound cards, but all show the same problem. Anyone any ideas?

you to preference and check your sound system,

next go to your configuration panel (win xp) and check default your system card, and it will be work.
