Good afternoon guys, I'm having a little problem with my 3CX, I'm out of audio on internal calls and on external calls I have one-way audio.
I finished doing the clean installation of the system this week I am including the 3cx firewall test and my mikrotik firewall rules attached.
If you've seen something like this and can help me
Thanks in advance.

it is installed in the office, on the inside I followed all the rules that were in this guide, I will talk to my provider and see if there is something active on their side.

Is it still the exact same issue?

One way audio on external calls and no audio on internal?

Please provide the following info so that we better understand the situation:

1. On external calls which direction has audio and which does not?

2. For internal calls, what 3CX endpoints are you using:
• Is it IP Phones, if yes how are they provisioned STUN, SBC or Local?
• Is it 3CX Webclients/PWA/Desktop app? If yes, are they local or remote to the PBX?
• If none of the above, is it mobile apps, Legacy Windows app, and where are they in respect to the PBX?

3. Where is the PBX hosted, what exact version is it running and what OS is it hosted on?

sadly yes

external extensions, I still haven't put a digital line in the system because I would like to make it work the extensions both inside and outside the company first before messing with my lines.

if I make the call I can hear everything, but the person I called doesn't hear me.
2. For internal calls, what 3CX endpoints are you using:
I'm using the softphone app, I tested it both on android and ios, but no luck for now and the same one I use to test on the external extension.

is hosted on a vm on proxmox, installed latest version using linux iso

OK, so when you say "internal" and "external" calls, you mean from the Mobile App on on the same LAN as the 3CX Server and over the internet.

Hosted on a Server on your Local LAN, or in a Hosting Provider in the cloud?
At this point I have to point out that Proxmox is not a tested/supported Virtualization Platform, so we can't guarantee it will work.

From your mobile device, switch off WiFi, leave only LTE, then call *777. If you speak into the microphone, to you hear you voice back?

Try dialing *777 like this as well.
If your 3CX Server is on the same LAN as the WiFi you are connected to, is the server on the same subnet as your mobile? Could it be something with the routing between the 2 Subnets that is causing the problem?

so proxmox is only the user interface for kvm virtualization

I can not hear anything, I don't have any subnets, my network is /23 internally, and it's using default routing on the internal mikrotik, and the provider's mikrotik is under my control now, fully open and redirected control to my internal mikrotik

I'm fairly sure it's not that simple. In any case, as mentioned it is not supported and this was also discussed here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/sip-server-wont-start.80645/post-371569

Is there any chance you're behind a CGNAT? Does the WAN IP of your router fall under a local ip range as defined by RFC1918?

Also, can you give it a try with just two webclients both on LAN, do you get the same behavior calling between them?
