Hallo, i'have a little problem.. I cant' hear the vocal mail. I don't hear also the welcome message.... so... i dont' hear nothing !! Can you help me ??

It's a codec problem ?? I use G711u

Is this a fresh install or upgrade ?
Is the VoiceMail service running?
Are you conencting the 999 number?
What logs are showing up in the server status log page ?
 
- It'a a fresh install
- The Voicemail service it's ok
- When I call 999 i see on the screen the monitor status connected (999)

Hi,

Open registry editor and remove "msExternalInterface" and "msLocalInterface" values under key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\3CX\PhoneSystem.

I cannot imagine why these values was initialized to 127.0.0.1... It seems PC was not connected to network when you install phonesystem...
