Hi had an issue this morning was first reported as all numbers going to voicemail but then after a restart or 2 it seems calls are ringing in but when you answer its silent, both ways?

Tried to restore to the previous version but it seems to have gone back to 16.0.641 again. The SIP registers ok and all looks green there any ideas? thanks Ben

Hi Sorry check info below. I tried to restore to version 16.0.622 but it seems to restore back to 16.0.641
  • 3CX Version, e.g. Standard Annual 16.0.641
  • Server OS, Windows 10
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? No Local Server
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: N/A not in office but 3CX Soft phone in use for testing - we use Yealink T29G's and W52P's - no one in the office right now but maybe later or tomorrow
  • Provisioning Method: Local LAN but N/A as using soft phone to diagnose and fix
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: voipfone.co.uk - I know 3CX PBX reports its unsupported but has been working fine for last year or so
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: Mostly yes there is one red flag but that has been there since upgrade to v16 and all works fine I can list its error anyway may help
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: No

Firewall flagged port 5060..

I have followed the how to fix on this a few times but it keeps coming back, the service was unaffected so I think its a false positive or something like that.

Sounds like a network issue.

Check your firewall again and ensure you've got a 1:1 NAT going on the ports documented.

Reboot networking equipment.

Do an echo test by dialling *777 - if this works then its your firewall
