I have recently ( successfully ) changed from a FreePBX system to 3CX and am generally very happy with everything. However one slight issue I have is with the audio volume being too quiet on the handsets when using external trunks, this is with multiple different trunks.
Is there any sensible way to increase the audio volume, either by using different codecs or settings within 3CX etc to boost the audio a little bit?
Perhaps a secret Snom phone setting?
I am using the D385 handset.
