Authentication ID

I used to use the extn # for the Authentication ID of a user. Since the new SP with if I do that I get a red triangle on the extn. I am not stuck on using the extn # but it was easy for the users. I do not like the random generated ID that 3CX makes.

What are other people using to make the ID user-friendly?

I'm using the extension number and first name last name of extension user (ie. 200JasonHille). This meets the minimum requirements for the new 3CX 15.5 SP 6 security parameters.
