How do I set to use passwords on outgoing conection?
Can I create passwords for multiple users and use them on any extension for outgoing calls and this conection assigned for the user's password?

Pin Protect is the feature you will want to use here.
It is per-extension.

It isn't really explained well, but the PIN for the extension to get authorized is their VM PIN. And they say you dial 777 but if you have a 4-digit extension setup it is 7777, or 77777 for a 5-digit etc.

You can also simulate a global or group PIN to dial by using outbound rules. Say you want users to dial 1234 as the PIN. You would setup a outbound rule looking for 1234, then strip those digits and send just the phone number to your trunk provider.
