Authorization Issue

HI All,

I had an issue with a T28, so I deleted the extension, but now when I auto provision the phone, I get this error message:

CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: SUBSCRIBE [email protected] tid=930899800 cseq=SUBSCRIBE [email protected]:5060 / 1 from(wire)

Any Ideas?

Plug and Play functionality
Selected phones can be automatically detected by 3CX Phone System when they are connected to the network. In this case they will appear as ‘NEW’ in the phones node. You can then right-click on the phone to create a new extension or assign an existing extension to the phone. After this you can restart the phone for the settings to take effect. This Plug and Play functionality is currently available for 3CX Phone for Android, Iphone and Windows, Yealink, Tiptel and Snom phones.

Thanks for the reply, but no matter I do I still get this message when I try and provision this handset, all was working great, only have this issue since upgrading to SP4. Have tried factory resetting phone and re-provisioning but still get this error?

Just looking at the message , what is ip address 224.0...... Where is it picking this up from?!
