Auto Answer Settings Are Not Read on Startup

On the windows softphone I'm turning on AutoAnswer and I can see the setting being updated with a value of "2" in the xml file. However when you start the softphone again the setting is still disabled and needs to be manually turned on again, despite the value of "2" still being set in the xml settings file.
