"Auto change status when idle" doesn't switch back

I've instituted the "Auto change status when idle" feature across our workplace, and a number of extensions don't switch back to "On Hook" when they return to their computers. As a result, swathes of the company are suddenly unreachable by phone. It appears to be random, which extensions fail.
We're running 3CX 14. Is this a problem with the new version? Will there be a fix for this?

Hi,

kindly make sure that the Phone System is running on V14 SP2 and that the 3cx clients are up to date.
Also ensure that the 3cx clients are provisioned with the welcome email and not manually.
