Auto-disable webcam and mic when joining

Hi all

Is there a way to have participants' webcams and microphones be disabled when they join a webmeeting?
They should be able to enable them if needed, but we want them to be disabled by default.

Use a scheduled meeting, and set the options accordingly to select what features are enabled by default:

Thanks for the reply! I assumed these features were for the organiser only, which makes little sense when I think about it.

We use the same Click2Meet link each week for a recurring meeting, rather than scheduling it - I'll check out the options we have.

No problem, that can work too, but if you wish to customize everything you can set up a meeting as a Webinar (to unlock all options) and set it for far in the future.

The meeting should always remain there until a week after the "start date" where it will automatically be removed due to expiry.
