Just wondered if i could pick your brains. We are running a 3cx system from a new draytek 2820 router which has the option of multi wan connections and concurrent connections. This is quite cool for us as each server only needs 1 gateway but gets redundancy on the BB connection. This is a great idea for voip as one of the problems we are finding is that if a clients BB connection fails then a lot of time they only notice after a long time which isn’t very good. My issue at the moment is that even though the BB link fails and the draytek starts providing the internet link over the other wan connection the 3cx system seems to conk out and wont re-register properly and needs us to restart the service to get it working again. I just wondered if you guys had any experience of this and had any pointers?
