Hi All,
we are having a problems getting a yealink T27G and T27P to auto provision and reboot the phone.
Have configured the phones in 3cx and assigned them an extension all ok, using SBC with a border control ip address.
Browsing to the phones ip address and yealink page > settings tab and auto provision. We add the provisioning server url, hit confirm - then hit the auto provision now button - we get the 'configuration updating' - the phones busy lap flashes but the phone doesn't reboot and take on the config.
We have also tried to re-provision the phone from within 3cx interface by going to the phone list, highlighting the phone in question, but the option along the top of the page to re-provision is greyed out. (see attached)
The server is up to date as is the firmware.
By manually making changes on the yealink page and adding the sip host, username/pwds we can get the phone to register and work. We have 35 phones to setup and don't really want to have to do all this manually though when the autoprovision should work.
Any ideas anyone ??
thanks
AndyM
