I have a customer who wants to use the auto attendant at his restaurant to send a text to the caller with a link to the online ordering. I'm guessing I'll need a developer for this. does anyone do this/know someone who could do this? Thanks

You could do this with a Call Flow Designer (CFD) application. The customer dials the restaurant and gets the main IVR. They select an option for "on-line ordering instructions, press 1". The call is then routed to the CFD which looks that the caller ID number of the person calling and sends back a text with the link to the instructions.

You will need a SMS enabled trunk, or other SMS gateway to send the text but it is a fairly straightforward process.
