Hello Everyone,
I have some confusion on how 3CX Sql integration works:
I have been told that in 3CX it's purpose is for adding contacts in a SQL db when receiving the call. But all I want is to let the customer search on his Own DB
I have red this guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/sql-database-pbx-integration/
What I understand (correct me if I am wrong) is that I can connect 3CX with their SQL DB and, if customer searchs a number (or email, or name) in the webclient, the "Select" function stars looking in the DB and shows the contact in the web client... Am I wrong?
What I need is that the customer can search SQL contacts trhough the webclient, best thing is tha tall contacts should be allready shown in the webclient letting him scroll down to search names visually
I don't know if this is acheivable
Thanks to everyone that could help me
