Hello,

We have a backup setup to do Every Sunday at midnight, and the rotation is set to 2.

It's happening with 2 our of our PBX's. there is a backup at 9PM then once again at midnight.

I can't seem to find where the settings are to find why the backup is firing off at 9PM. When the automatic is setup for midnight.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Oh yeah both are running 3cx V16 SP3

Hi,
have you checked scheduled tasks in MC?
is your pbx local or cloud?
Is it Debian / windows?
Is time/date ok on PBX?
Is the PBX in the right timezone ?
where are folders for backup? local ? cloud? FTP ?

Do you have failover on this machine?

Can you disable the backup and wait 1 day to see if either:

a) No backups occur at all
b) 1 backup occurs (instead of the 2 you saw)

Sorry we only do backups every sunday, so here are my findings.

When disabled it, no backups occur.

When i re-enabled the backup, 2 backups occur again. 1 that goes off 3 hours before scheduled time, then 1 that goes off again at scheduled time.

have you tried to delete and recreate a new backup task?
Have you tried a local backup on local hdd? is there same double backup done or single one as expected?

Any chance the time of the PBX machine is being changed by anything?

Have you tried rebooting the machine yet?

How do i delete and recreated a backup task?

For scheduled backup, i just see "Enable Backup Schedule" I've turned that off and turned it back on again.

I will reboot the PBX's this evening.

Hi @veiliant

If the reboot does not resolve this issue, please proceed with a ticket to Support
