Automatic Provisioning of Different Phone Types

Is it possible to use DHCP Option 66 (or other Windows DHCP available Option) to automatically provision more than one phone type on the same subnet? We're using a few Cisco 508 SPA series (http provisioning) for testing now, but would like to try a Cisco 7941 (tftp provisioning).
