automatic report V20

Hi.
I actualy work on the V20, and i clearly don't have a good feeling with this one.
I mean for exemple , what about the automatic report of the V18?

it's was a major argument for my client, and making the difference about the other provider in france.

why did you decide to remove this fonction on the V20?

for the moment, i can create my new client on the V18, but until when ?

Hi there.
Scheduled reports are in process and should be released by the Update 2.
So if this is your main go function, then you best of stay on V18 until it is released.

But I received an email from 3CX for upgrade all my instances to V20 before May 31

How it will work for my clients using the Scheduled reports ?

Wait until that date as it can be the case that by then you will get a version where the scheduled report feature will be included.
