Automatically away?

I've been using 3CX for a month or so now. One thing I've noticed is that extensions that are softphone (app) only appear to eventually time out and go to 'away' status. Where is that controlled? I see if the app is closed, it still will receive the push notification, as long as it's still 'green' in the BLF. If it's gone red, it doesn't patch the call to the app. Curious if it's a situation where a user will have to log in every morning to keep themselves 'green' to the system, or frankly, what that expiry timer is, for when the app hasn't been running in X hours perhaps?

Anyone know this little tidbit?

Which suggests that the "time-out" is 7 days, not 24 hours.

Awesome! I didn’t have any idea how long it was. 7 days makes sense. I’ll just tell them to make sure to open the app every couple days. Thanks!!!
