Automatically Changed System Administrator to User Account in 3CX V20

Dear 3CX Team,


Currently we faced our System Administrator Account Automatically Changed to User Account without doing anything in V20.

We faced like this situation in 3 different projects.

We would like to know the root cause of this issue.

And is there any limitation in System Administrator Account?

There is no System Administrator in V20 - were this system upgraded from v18 or new installs?

Belows are the Role in 3CX V20. Our Account is System Owner account and that automatically changed to user account without changing by anyone. We cannot find any track record in Event Log too.

We would like to know the root cause of this issue.

This cant change on its own. This is only possible to change from another system owner.

No one change. If someone change, can find in event log, right? Now there is no event log data for this issue.

You can see this in the audit log. There is no other way that this could happen.

Were these recent upgrades to v20?

Were these users seen as System Owner in v20 and then changed to User?

Do you have any console restrictions?

Console restrictions could be a reason for this problem. Than you wont see the admin button if you are not in the correct network.
