Automatically Send SMS to customers after finishing a call?

Hello, I would like to set up sending sms to customers after finishing a call. Is it available in 3cx?

Regarding your question, please note that automatically sending SMS is not possible.

This can only be done if you where to use your providers API, and that is if your provider has an API. We send SMS though our website using our providers API, and receive SMS using 3CX.
