I would like some help with AutoTask integration with 3CX, i had used a templated posted by one of the user previously was not able to get the caller pop up, currently I am just using the URL link to open up records from 3cx desktop app.
Can someone provide some template that lookups caller ID, creates a new tickets after lookup and create a new contact if not existing in the phonebook.
