AV equipment for board rooms

Hi all

just wondering what equipment you use for web meetings?

customer wants us to find them something and dont want to put in something subpar.

atm we have an imac and TV.

A good USB webcam (or HDMI with OBS Studio) and good bluetooth mics.

Since WebMeeting doesn't integrate with any conferencing equipment, we just do that instead. Otherwise we run Yealink Teams rooms and stuff like that.

One of the Conference Rooms we have set up consists of a mini PC with a BT keyboard, a good high-quality 4K USB Webcam, and a USB/BT Speakerphone that also has support for expansion mics.

We regularly hold meetings with varying amounts of people and we haven't had any complaints yet.

Forgot to say that all this is hooked up to a TV/Monitor.

Because I am afraid that it will be misjudged as "recommended hardware" because some may think "if 3CX uses it, it must be good".

The fact is, whatever the OS sees as a Microphone, Speaker and WebCam can be used with WebMeeting, and there are different quality levels to each of these categories.

My only intent was to outline a general setup layout that works for us (may not work for others though).

For the sake of curiousity, I hear that a Logitech 4K USB Webcam, and an EPOS Expand 80 with 2 expansion mics is a good combination.
