Avaya phone

Hi All, I am trying to get a Avaya 9608 no "G" to work in 3CX. When I boot, it just goes to "waiting for LLDP" have you seen this? Or is this version on the phone a no go.

I am not familiar with the Avaya phone range however do know that they offer H323 and analogue variants which look similar to the SIP range, ensure you are not using either of these as well.
