Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Avencom:
- Only 1 Avencom account can be configured on each 3CX System.
- Enter the main trunk number in the international format (e.g. 902422995819).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
