Aws self-hosted local number

I'm wondering if it's still possible to host my own 3cx system on AWS using a free account, as I did before to obtain a local number for outgoing calls. Alternatively, are there any updated methods within 3cx hosting that I should consider for securing a local number, especially since I used to manage my number with AWS Chime?
