Solved aws started but 3cx service is not working

hi all,
3cx server is running in my aws. All have been working fine for 1 month. Then I stop the EC2 instances for a few days.
When I restart the server instance ..all ok from aws, but the 3cx service is not responding... web service to go to 3cx admin portal.
Any idea ?

@Azanio ssh to the machine and check “service 3CX* status” . Then replace status with start for a specific service and there you will see under the reason why it does not start.

it can also be that you configured a static IP in 3CX but you got a new one from AWS?
If so, use the IP to login and change the configuration in the settings of 3CX to match dynamic IP usage.
