Wondering why there's no mention on PBX Express...PBX Express is being retired. Simply deploy from Azure marketplace to individual resource groups and you are all set.
Have you tried installing from the marketplace? nightmare after vm created... can't reach port 5015.
I did it a few months ago, didn't have any major issues. You have full control to adjust azure firewall.
