Azure Subscription Costs and PBX Express

Does anyone know what the average cost from Microsoft is for hosting the 3CX PBX system (a small instance)? I'm having any luck finding information on what type of instance is deployed by PBX Express.

It depends on the region you choose for the hosting.

I use A0 through A3 including _v2 variants depending on pbx usage requirements. There is an azure price chart to look up the specs and prices for these vms in your region.

When you run pbxexpress it lets you pick your size.

Once running you can raise or lower the spec anytime after from portal.azure.com but it does a resize which takes down the box for 10 min or so.
