Babytel SIP config

Hi Gang, new to 3CX and so far, loving it! I found an article on your main site that was from Dec 2016 that stated that Babytel was becoming a Parter with 3CX ( https://www.3cx.com/blog/press-releases/canadian-voip-provider-babytel/ ) however, I am unable to find any templates, or in the list of preferred vendors. Am I not looking in the right place? I was able to get my trunk working using the Generic Provider template.

Hi Ryan,

That was some time ago and I know 3CX had a massive shake up of the VoIP Provider list last year also.

I would contact Babytel and ask them to submit an application form:
https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/voip-provider-interop-form/

I think if the are SIP Connect Certified also this helps.
