Solved Backup and Restore Error Server Error 504

Hello Everyone
Hope everyone is doing well and thank you for the help and time. Just wondering if someone else have seen this error when try to access to BACKUP AND RESTORE page. Bascially whenever I tried to gotot this page to get the backup it just kinda freezes and I can see the light on the top bar keep moving back n forth and it looks like system it trying to access the page but than it gives up after like 30 seconds or so.

System : V18 16 SC ENT hosted by 3cx
what have done : I have restarted the DATABASE SERVER service
Goal : Goal is to get the backup so I can upgrade this instance to V20 from V18.

Hi, this only happens when entering in the backup menu or also when clicking users, sip trunk, inbound rules?

since this is a hosted by 3cx installation , I suggest to open a support ticket so we can check it.

As per our conversation in the ticket the issue was related with the FTP location and now fixed. Have a nice day
