Backup and Restore

Hi all,

We are trying to change to hosted and when uploading the backup, around 300MB it never completes. No matter the browser, connection etc.

Was going to manually setup and then try restore. However when you login to say a new hosted environment you cannot actually choose restore or to upload the file.

How do we go about this or recovery?

Please elaborate on bit on "it never completed". A screenshot would help. (Blur any sensitive information prior posting)

P.S: To be able to restore post installation you need to setup backup & restore settings to point to a remote location where the backup is hosted and accessible.
