Solved Backup failure

Suddenly my daily 3CX Backup has failed:
"Your 3CX backup failed due to the following reason(s): Timed out trying to connect!"

Absolutely nothing has been changed on the server or the 3CX system. Evem more concerning is that the previous backups(5 day rotation) are no longer present in the backup directory. This directory is visible and seems to be accessible.

Any useful suggestions welcomed.

Never mind. After a lot of investigation I discovered that the remote FTP server was not responding. It is now resolved.
