Solved Backup file type

Hi,

When I take a full backup, it downloads a folder. Do I have to convert this to zip file to be able to restore?

When you take a backup it will compress it to ZIP> When you restore, you restore the zip.

Just want to add that you should never extract and recompress the backup archive file or modify it in anyway, otherwise there is a very high chance it gets corrupted and you'll end up with an invalid unusable backup file that cannot be restored.
