Good morning,

for whatever reason I can no longer connect to my FTP location from 3CX.

Backup location configuration error. Please proceed and verify the configuration.

Im able to successfully get to it via my computer.

When i apply settings to configure FTP location I do not get any errors in 3CX.

Wireshark shows the following

Same here.
Login works fine.
It seems that 3CX can't find the path he's expecting or something related to location.

I've had to set up my FTP server with Filezilla and ditch IIS.

that unfortunately doesn't explain the issue
I've set up the server with Plesk, it's a standard FTP accessible with every FTP client or CLI, Linux or Windows. So the issue must be something else.

Have you tried using SFTP? I know with my webserver SFTP works better with 3cx than FTP
