Latest IOS 3cx app no longer default to TEAM when using transfer

Hi all,
There appears to be an update to the IOS app.
1. When on a call and pressing transfer and then pressing ATT Transfer

2. it then takes the user to this screen with a list of all the contacts:



it looks like the buttons have now vanished so there is no way to get to the TEAM screen.
Before this update it would always default to the TEAM screen.
Would it be possible to:
1. add the buttons back to this screen (as the android app does)
2. add a setting to default where you would like to go when using transfer.

Nothing changed regarding this, you're mistaken it with the conference button.

I would like to highlight that there seems to be quite a few differences between the IOS and and the Android one.
Please could you consider adding a setting to take the user to the Team section as i am sure most business's would transfer calls internally .

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing the same issue. Almost all our call transfers are internal, so no longer defaulting to the Team view makes everyday call handling less convenient for our staff.

We confirmed the change by testing company iPhones running the old and new app versions side by side. The difference is specifically in the transfer workflow.

I also found this earlier thread describing a very similar issue:
iOS 18.6.4.690 – Transfer screen not showing internal extensions

At the time, 3CX acknowledged an issue and released a hotfix, which users confirmed resolved the problem. Could this be a recurrence of that behaviour?

Could you please take another look? Restoring the Team view as the default for transfers, or providing a setting to choose the default view, would make a significant difference to our team.

Unless you haven't use the 3CX client for past year, there's no "no longer" - the current UI was implemented here:
