Backup location issue

Hello guys,

from uknown reason my backup location suddenly returns error message:

Backup location configuration error. Please proceed and verify the configuration.

Once I am proceeding cofiguration (same as I do have on failover passive) it says invalid credentials, which is impossible, credentials are 100% correct.



Could you pleas help?

Assuming this is an SMB or FTP?

Are you using correct domain such as DOMAIN\User or user@domain?

Using FTP and Domain\User

As mentioned using the same settings on passive instance and its working there...

And it was working normally for couple of months, it stopped suddenly working on active one.

Restart your 3CX, if it still fails, sounds like an issue that needs sorting with your FTP server.

restart performed many times, it didnt help, but honestly nothing has changed with FTP server (newtork changes, permissions, anything)....especially once its saying invalid credentials and not issues with ftp itself (path, etc.)

Check the logs of your FTP server, it might contain something useful for troubleshooting.
