Backup saying wrong license key in backup

I am trying to restore an instance of 3cx but i keep getting this error, "wrong license key in backup" not sure what to do or why this is happening.

Are you trying to restore the backup on the instance of the 3CX that you installed using the same license key?
Is the instance of the 3CX self-hosted or hosted by 3CX?
