backup with error

I'm doing a new installation I have the same version of the backup but error:

There were some problems during restore (see below), please retry again and if problem persists contact system administrator.
Following errors happen:

End of Central Directory record could not be found.

Sounds like you have a bad backup or perhaps a bad copy. I'd try just using a regular archive program to test the ZIP file to make sure it's good before you upload.
