Barix Annuncicom 100

Opened a support issue with 3cx on this, rather than do any minimal investigation in was shot down as an unsupported device, deal with it (doesn't help that it was close to 5PM and he was probably getting ready to bail).

I have a Barix Annuncicom 100 that I cannot get to register in V10, but registers correctly in V9. Looking at a packet capture for V10 I get:

10.10.1.152(Barix)>10.10.10.72(3CX) Request: REGISTER sip:10.10.10.72
10.10.1.152(Barix)<10.10.10.72(3CX) Status: 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Looking at a successful registration from V9 (same device, just pointed to clone running V9):

10.10.1.152(Barix)>10.10.10.72(3CX) Request: REGISTER sip:10.10.10.72
10.10.1.152(Barix)<10.10.10.72(3CX) Status: 407 Proxy Authentication Required
10.10.1.152(Barix)>10.10.10.72(3CX) Request: REGISTER sip:10.10.10.72
10.10.1.152(Barix)<10.10.10.72(3CX) Status: 200 OK

Nothing shows up in the V10 server event log (w/ debugging). Any ideas? Barix manual is at http://www.datanab.com/docs/barix/audio/Annuncicom/firmware/SIP_App/v107/sip_manual_v1.07.pdf, sip standards compliant etc.

Well if the annuncicom is unsupported, is there a list of supported sip->analog/amplifier devices out there?

I came across the Cyberdata 011071 VoIP Paging Amplifier: http://www.cyberdata.net/products/voip/digitalanalog/pagingampv2/index.html

Anyone use one of those with 3CX?

From information you provided all I can say is that there must be some configuration change.

This is the V10 extract. Now the next entity to respond at this stage should be the Phone.

>> Again - why did the same device decide to answer here? Compare what changes were in each and every aspect and you will have your answer. There must be something different. I cannot say without the whole picture. I can also tell you that registration procedure for extension is completely unchanged in V10. (And has been unchanged for quite a long time now.)
