BeroNet GSM 4 ports Gateway Configuration in 3CX

Hi Team,

I am facing issue to configure the BeroNet GSM 4 ports Gateway with the 3cx. I run the configuration, but I am unable to receive calls from 3cx extensions. I can hear the phone/lines ringing when I try a call, but nothing is happening from 3cx side. can someone help me please? If you don't mind we can be online thru skype and share my screen in order to perfectly see what I mean.

This is a supported setup so should not be an issue for you to get support.
