Greetings,
I am placing this post on the board because; I’ve had a terrible luck at finding a solution that provides 2 Factor Authentication for Admin logins into 3CX management portals and admin-user client portals. However, many of you have mentioned it’s not on 3CX’s road map and potentially available when used with Microsoft 365.
In spite of the fact that many of you many not have been hacked or suffered unusual data breaches like my client has and don’t feel compelled to think of this feature as essential: it’s preposterous not provide 2FA for 3CX in this era.
As my client believes, many nations have very parasitic beliefs on proprietary data or business communications, I find 3CX has not done it’s part to protect users from piracy by not providing a workflow to secure a communication system that prevents hacking and alerts users of illicit monitoring.
Many nations spy on businesses to advantage their campaign donors at the expense of politically neutral individuals and corporations.
If by chance some of you, have had autocracy and privacy minded clients; then I would really like to know what countries or sip providers will allow for un-monitored communications or will provide the user/client documentation that a channel is being monitored in order to keep those state actors accountable.
Also, if there is another method to add 2FA to the console other than by using Microsoft, I would really like to know how.
I am attaching a private email should you have any insight or suggestions [email protected] and should you wish to keep your personal email private you could use to following email service to contact me https://tempmailo.com/ or any other you may prefer. I think my client is rubbing off on me.
Thanks for your assistance,
