Hi, we use 3CX v16 along with Yealink T46G phones. Currently when we want to add an incoming call to a shared parking space we have to go through the effort of using the numeric keys to type out SP1 (or SP2, SP3, etc). Is there something that can be done to eliminate the need to type that out each time? Perhaps a speed dial key for SP1, SP2, etc can be created and used or some other means that allows for the process to be TRANSFER > KEY PRESS > TRANSFER?
