Big Button Phones for Aged Care Facility

Hi Team,

I'm planning to win a Aged Care client and the residents use Big Button phones which is Aristel AN IP312.

Is there a way to get those phones programmed/registered on the 3CX system?

Require urgent response please.

Hi Joshua,

While we do not recommend using unsupported phones, you might still be able to configure it manually:

Please note we cannot provide any further support beyond this nor can we guarantee that this will even work, so it's entirely up to you to test it and confirm it works as intended before deploying it in the residencies.
