Ahoy!
Just curious as to which billing platform partners are using to link their SIP wholesale billing to their own books? e.g. We use Gradwell for SIP trunks and Quickbooks for our own billing. I am now looking to implement something like BillingBooth to link the two together. So we can automate charges for premium/international calls etc.
I would love to hear how everyone else is currently doing this? We have been selling 3CX for 4 years now and for the most part, our clients don't make international or premium rate calls, our SIP trunks include unlimited UK landline/mobile minutes so our billing has been fairly straight forward. However we are gaining larger clients now with more of a need to make high cost calls, for which we must pass on the cost correctly.
I would be particularly interested to hear of scenarios where you are using Quickbooks Online (like us) or where your SIP provider is also Gradwell (like us).
Thanks in advance!
