Hello guys, who will tell you what the problem is:
I have a Mikrotik router trying to bind a telephone set, after assigning a number the phone does not respond. this only happens on a mikrotik router.
I didn’t find an answer for the forum, I also read the article on setting up a mikrotik and did it to no avail.
P.S Sorry for my English.

You'll need to provide additional information about your set-up. Is the PBX local (behind the Mikrotik router) along with the set having an issue? If this is a hosted set-up, is the set the only one behind that router? What type of set? What model router? Have you tried with a 3CX softphone?

Yes, PBX is local. Mikrotik 951. The only PBX in the network. Yes, the softphone works.

I think this is a behind NAT issue...

Hello @invader

So the phone and PBX are in the same local LAN? What phone are you using? Are you trying to auto provision the phone or manually provision it?

Yes, the phone and the PBX in the same network, Phones are different Yealink t19p-e2, t21p, snom 305 or 315 I do not remember the exact model. I try auto provision.

If phones and PBX are in the same network then Mikrotik is NOT involve in packet flow at all... all of them are in the same L2 domain, so I believe that local calls are OK.
For external calls, check on Mikrotik under IP-Firewall-Service Ports-SIP it must be TURNED OFF and then start firewall checker, probably some NAT/PAT issue.
Additional info how to config Mikrotik can be found on this link:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/mikrotik-firewall-configuration/

I did all these manuals. still the phone is not provision.
It is exactly the problem in mikrotik, since with the TP-link router everything works!

Then you can use wireshark or even a packet sniffer tool on mikrotik to see what is happening
