Hi all,

i am new here and setup this weekend the 3CX Pro on a mini PC.
Works more or less fine.
Now i try to integrate my Bitrix on permise Version.

I start in Bitrix with the webhook inbound and add the data in 3CX.

The call out works but if i try the Test. No number is matching.
All Times it gernerate a new contact.
Also my contacts will not be sync in the 3CX Adressbook.

I search a lot in the web without any result.

... as this not work

I try to use the Addin in Bitrix but the installation tell me
verification_needed: License check failed.

anyone can help?

Greetings from germany
Ingo

+4957445066 in the Test i search for this number and it exist in bitrix but in the protokoll they search for
crm.lead.list.json?filter[PHONE]=004957445066

if i search for 0049 (and change the number in the customer to 0049) instead of +49 it works

but i will not change all my contacts

Hi again,

now i found in the XML the Preix. Change from Zeros to
<Number Prefix="Plus"

the search string looks good:

Request text: https://xxxxxxxxxx/crm.contact.list...4930&select[]=*&select[]=PHONE&select[]=EMAIL
Response text: {"result":[],"total":0,"time":{"start":1582019080.296877,"finish":1582019080.411504,"duration":0.11462712287902832,"processing":0.029232025146484375,"date_start":"2020-02-18T10:44:40+01:00","date_finish":"2020-02-18T10:44:40+01:00"}}
Response finished
Finished scenario with empty id

But the result is to generate a empty new contact.
All times i try the test a new contact.

if i search the number in bitrix i see the contact and all new empt contacts

any idea?

I am also facing the same issue with my Google cloud hosted 3CX Pro which I just got 4 days ago. All my clients phone numbers in Bitrix CRM are stored with "+" sign like for USA +1 708 345 6789 or UK +44 123 456 789 etc. and if I remove leading "+" then country will not get automatically detected in my CRM so I don't want to remove it and when I test with 3CX then it try to search that number with 00 like 0017083456789 so obviously it will not match with my bitrix crm contact. Anyway, I found a option in parameter setting to replace international prefix from 00 to "+" but I am not sure whether is it a good idea to edit it or not. someone help please. Thanks3cx-int-prefix.png

Bitrix needs an exact match. And the template is configured to replace the 00 prefix from incoming calls to the + (plus) sign. So, you should store your contacts in Bitrix having the + and the country code prefix, without the 00. You also need to ensure that you receive the caller number with country code, and if this is not your case, you should reformat the caller ID as explained here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/

Thanks for your response, I receive inbound caller ID of UK number from my provider with 0 for example 01234567890 and contacts in my Bitrix are stored like +441234567890. Can you help me how to reformat this CID? I read the link above you send but I can't make it. In my case If you can just tell me what I need to put in Source Pattern and Replace pattern for UK then that will be really appreciated. Thanks

You can use:
Source Pattern: 0(.*)
Replace Pattern: +44\1

Okay Thank you so much I will try this, Also I get Inbound caller ID of USA like 17082345678 so what should I need to put in Source Pattern and Replace pattern to get it with leading " + " before the number like +17082345678

Source Pattern: (1)(.*)
Replace Pattern: +1\2

Right?

Thanks all working, I just tested.

Please little help, I just tried to test Bitrix CRM integration and when I entered test contact number like +17084567890 then 3CX search it like 0017084567890. How to make this right? Thanks

Yes, correct.

Sorry, the Bitrix template forces the change of the prefix to a double zero:
<Number Prefix="Zeros" MaxLength="" />

This is how we tested it and ensured that worked fine in our testing environment.

Does the lookup work in this case? Maybe you need to change some setting in Bitrix for the international prefix.

Actually with + is a standard form of phone number in Bitrix and for that I send incoming caller ID with + from 3CX with your help to exact match the phone number format and I am sure it's 100% match because duplicate control tool scan of bitrix also says the number coming from 3CX is exact match with my stored contact but still Bitrix treated my inbound caller ID phone number as a new contact or lead, So what I did is I just change the Bitrix phone number standard format by removing + from my all contact stored and send inbound caller ID without + from 3CX and then everything is working which I expected it to work with + as well but unfortunately it didn't match the record when incoming calls arrive or making an outgoing calls so I am staying with this without + phone format now as it's working for me and contact records are matching perfectly with outbound calls and inbound calls.

Took lot of time for me to find out but this is how I remove the leading + from my CRM contact phone numbers in Bitrix. hope it will help someone :)

CRM > Setting > Automation > Business processes > Select Contact Template > Template Parameters

Bitrix-Phone.png

After Unchecked those two auto-run I can able to save the phone numbers in my Bitrix CRM contact like the format below (Country Dial code) + (Phone Number)

bitrix-contact.png
(Note: those are just test phone numbers which are publicly available to test for anyone)

I still don't understand what was the issue with contact matching when there was leading " + " with contacts but anyway now I am staying this way of without "+" as it's working great for me now. Thanks for teaching me that inbound CID reformatting because it's really help me to match caller ID with my crm contacts in Bitrix.

@edossantos Thanks for assisting me, Now when everything is working as expected then I thought what if there is a way to get call recordings as well within Bitrix CRM from 3CX for both inbound and outbound calls so I just find a existing post about it here which is really getting me interested to try before going to use Bitrix24 in live environment.

Here is the post I am talking about called CRM Server Side API enhance
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/crm-server-side-api-enhance.58492/

Just want to know is this working and safe to try?

I can't tell, that's not provided by 3CX, it's a user that created it. 3CX will not provide any support on that.
