Bitrix24: Personal calendar events created by Call Journaling

Hi, is it possible to avoid the automatic creation of events in the personal Bitrix24 calendar when a call is recorded with Call Journaling? It would be advisable to display the call only in the subject (LEAD / CONTACT / COMPANY) and not also in the personal calendar.

This is because these calls are also associated with the agent that receives the call. This can't be changed, you can turn off Call Journaling, but the entire log will be disabled.

Good morning,
thanks for the feedback, a possible workaround could be to associate the calls to a different (not used) extension because in journaling I can read correctly in any case which 3cx extension was involved. I tried to change the "extension number" inside the bitrix employee but the association remains the same. Do you have any advice on how to change the association?

This association is performed using the email configured in the 3CX extension.
